Michael Winters has over 20 years experience designing and implementing strategic plans to grow small to mid-sized businesses. He founded three start-up consulting businesses and geared them in the right direction. Mike has consulted Fortune 50 corporations to ensure policies are implemented properly and are followed through. He is experienced at documenting and developing complex GAP analysis assessments to help companies. Michael Winters has worked on several IT migrations and implementation projects aimed at supporting defined business processes within the organizations. Mr. Winters is a highly sought after expert. Currently, he is developing a global integration strategy to combine CRM, marketing, IT and customer support efforts into a consolidated customer management strategy.
Theresa is a graduate from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Marketing, Management and Spanish. Throughout the years, Theresa has gained valuable marketing skills and insight through various marketing, event planning, and brand ambassador positions. While living in Spain for six months, Theresa had the opportunity to work with local companies by implementing new strategies and providing feedback on their marketing and sales tactics. She is continually trying to learn and grow from her experiences to ensure modern day tactics are being used. Theresa has attended various conferences to find new and innovative techniques that will separate companies from the rest.
